Under his 420NJEvents brand, Brendon has organized a multitude of Restorative Justice events, activities and programs such as Expungement Clinics, Career Workshops, Entrepreneur Events and MMJ Card Giveaways across the State of New Jersey.
Under Minority Cannabis Academy, Brendon has created, implemented and sustained a cannabis
educational platform designed to help disenfranchised communities learn the technical skills needed to work in the industry & also provides assistance with job/career placement upon graduation.

- Brendon was a career Business Banking professional prior to entering the cannabis industry. He’s the proud recipient of (5) consecutive President’s Club Awards between 2014-2019. Brendon credits his time in banking and the experiences he gathered for a lot of his success.
- Brendon saw the opportunity to spread awareness and
strategized on how to use cannabis legalization as a means to help educate the communities that had been most disproportionately impacted by the War on Drugs. - Alongside his partner & Co-Founder, Stanley Okoro,
Brendon successful launched both 420NJEvents, Minority
Cannabis Academy and Mudd Brothers Cannabis. Three
completely different organizations focusing on parallel social issues, education & equality in cannabis.
POST-CANNABIS CAREER SUMMARY
- Brendon, alongside his partner Stanley Okoro, started the first black owned cannabis brand in New Jersey, entitled Mudd Brothers. Mudd Brothers is currently being sold in over 80+ dispensaries throughout the state.
- Brendon is the Co-Founder of the first Black owned Adult Learning Academy for cannabis in the Tri-State and he’s partnered with major companies such as Dutchie, Columbia Care, Genova Burns and Rutgers University to be a resource to the cannabis community & create a more diverse & inclusive industry.
